Kelytech is an Electronic and Mechanical assembler specializing in industrial and medical equipment as well as telecommunication and military equipment.
With increasing costs for electricity, and the environmental issues around energy use, KelyTech chose to install a solar electric system on their flat roof to offset their high electric bills. The solar panels were installed on the flat roof with no roof penetrations. A ballasted weight system holds the solar panels in place through all kinds of weather.
This was the first commercial solar installation in the City of Milpitas.
